Out of 102 users i pushed the update out to, none of them succeeded.
but why on earth was that even required to run the update? the user totally did have access to that folder location. Tried running it again, this time from her own laptop, instead of over a vpn connection, and that time it did not ask for the rvt.msi file, but rather said it it couldn t complete becasue it did not have access to \2021\RVT2021\Content I just tried installing it on a user's machine, and solved the RVT.msi issue - it still failed.
